Adding a member to my list

Yesterday I needed to add my registered vbulletin email to a list so I could post in some forums. I think there was room for 3 emails. Now I want to add my lead developer but can't seem to find where to do this.

Can someone give me a direct link. Before I did it for myself, the screen came up automatically when I tried to post.
