Why don't you have a go at it yourself and release it as a hack here. If you have any problems, feel free to ask and I'm sure someone will help if they can.

Wouldnt it just be a matter of altering the if () that checks if [html] is enabled in vBulletin, and add "OR $bbuserinfo['userid'] == 1" (without quotes) to the end of it?
Note that I havnt tried and dont have the time to do it, but it should get you on the right track I hope

my guess is functions_bbcodeparse, since its bbcode your trying to parse :lick:
