now for one more question, an admin of mine (just today removed) decided it would be funny to make my forum Russian (must have gotten the language from a illegial site) and delete my English language. I have converted most back but is there anyway of getting my English back?

I think you should just be able to add a new language, and this will fetch the data from the masterlanguage, which should be english.

to have the language back, simply use the language.xml files you have in your vbulletin zip file...

for the other part, i suggest you try with the original files.
