moderate new threads for a particular usergroup

hey. apologies if this is already here i searched but could only find this for vb2 not vb3. anyway i know with vb3 you can moderate new threads and posts seperatly for a particular forum and with usegroups you can moderate all their posts in a forum but i want for a usegroup to be able to just moderate their new threads in all but 1 of our forums. any help with this would be super!
