Reqest: Has to do with Reputation and Hide Code read inside

Ok, Basically im looking for a hack that would require you to Not only reply to thread but give POSITIVE Reputation before seeing what is in between the [HIDE] Code. And then ontop of that, I want it to apply for only a couple forums, like my Download Forums.

Anyways if this would be possible and someone could help me out with it, I would appreciate it very much
