I'm looking for a Mod that would place a "User of the Week" at the bottom of the forum index, or possibly as a block on vbIndex.

Anybody able to help me with this? thanks.

there is a User of the Day, you just have to change the setting to calculate *7 days..

yea i actually have it working on my website now. I just have it every 23 hours.
