I'm looking to disable/hide this option, thus force all members (specifically all new registrations) to receive all emails from administrators. Thanks in advance.
In the email users section, there is a check to send to members even if they have refused admin email. You can also run a query in the maintenance section. Choose from the drop down..all users receive admin email yes.
