Somehow I have locked the forum out for unregistered users. how do I change this setting back? i can't seem to find the right place to change it back.

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Unregistered -> Edit Usergroup -> Go -> Can View Forum -> Yes

Also possibly:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Forum Permissions

Then check the permissions for the Unregistered usergroup for each forum
