From another post on this forum I clicked on the vbadvanced board.. and it has many of the features I am looking for... it seems to have modules. Can I do this when I purchase my Vbulletin license or is Vbadvanced a whole different program.

You need to buy a vBulletin license. After that you can download vBadvanced (www.vBadvanced.com) as a module. To make it even more fun: you can add seperate modules to vBadvanced

No, vBadvanced and vBadvanced CMPS are free to download.

However, I think there's one or two addons for vBadvanced CMPS that you would have to pay for if you wanted to use them, though it is entirely optional..
