I had a quick search and couldn't find anything, so just wondering if anyone else has this hack;

It would allow users to start 1 thread per a set number of days in a certain forum and all or selected subforums. They would be able to reply as many times as they needed, just being limited to 1 thread per a set number of days.

Anyone know where I can get such a hack?

I would think that would discourage many members from visiting your site.
