Forum names for dummies

I was trying to be a bit original in creating my forums and I used a lot of different forum names that I am afraid some of my users might not be able to figure out at first.

What I am looking for is just a rollover to go next to the forum name on the index page.

So it would look like this

General Discussion (Description) <---That could be the link
Real Description goes here.

So when they mouseover description they will get a small dhtml popup that would give them an "Alternate Description" to the forum.

I am sure there's a ton of things this could be used for..but thats the use I need it for
