How do I make a external web page appear as a web page built into my forums. For example, let say I want to make this page appear as if it is generated inside like this page? I am currently making seperate templates for that with seperate *.php files.
Basically host a web page external to the forums, but have a forum wrapper around it. I found the "Simple Banner Redirect with IFRAMES", hack but it's not exactly what I want. I want the interface for the forums to appear instead of a banner. |

I want to have a web page that is not part of the forums appear as if it is. For instance, if I click a link in lets say a post for example, I want the web page will open up, with the forum header and navbar ontop, and the web page below. I know how to make the forum banner appear ontop, but not the header and navbar. That's what I am attempting to do. |

Hi,
Im looking for the same thing actually. I want to make my photoalbum (copermine) built in vbulletin, so i have a page like this: top with navigation of vbulletin coppermine album footers of vbulletin I managed to get this working with iframes ( http://www.2fast4u.be/forums/fotogalerie.php ) but this is not what im looking for. The iframe will load the content of the coppermine album and resize itself at the moment. What i want is to include the header and footer of vbulletin in the pages of coppermine album. I have tried a few things but i have no idea which code i can use to get the header and footer on those pages. Anyone with some ideas/suggestions? thx a lot |

It would take a lot of coding to set it up with the proper header/footer (based on the templates, breadcrumbs probably being hardest). Your best bet is to integrate coppermine into it, theres a hack to do it here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=62778.
If that doesn't work, you could hardcode the header/footer (won't change when templates do), and just do it that way. (Won't be vBulletin-based though (you lose the permissions, and all that). |

Thanks! But my vBulletin and Coppermine work together with the same login. Thats not the problem.
I want a integration of the header and footer template in Coppermine... ![]() |
