Link to User Profile in Postbit

Is their something I can use in the postbit template that would link to each user's public profile?

If you click on their username, it already gives you a few options. One of them is the profile.

I know I wanted to rename it for a specific use and bring it more front and center. For instance, I would like a link to appear in the postbit that says "My Rig" and link to their Public Profile.
