this is something many people would benefit from I think.

I use this more than the IP ban because it is so effective, but if my moderators could use it, that would be a lot less work for me

You'd have to make a custom script that basically updated it in your database through a seperate page, or maybe an option in your modpanel, although that would require more work. I'd just make a simple php page, have it check and make sure you are a moderator usergroup, and if so, give you an input field for a name or whatever and then have it update it when entered. I think this is prolly the lazy way out though, maybe without any logs either. =/
