Restrict IP viewing to certain admins?

Is there a mod , or could one be made to restrict IP viewing to certain Admins ONLY, i.e, no Moderators and only hand picked Administrators?

you can disable ip viewing while u setup moderators.
for administrators you want to add -> if they have access to users they can view ip
