I'd like a hack to allow the staff to PM users, even if they've selected NO PM's in their profile.

All you really have to do is run an SQL query in the Admin CP. Set all to Yes, recive PMs from Admins.

Yeah I know. But I don't want to CHANGE any settings. I just want Admins to be able to override them.
