URGENT: Mysql Error HELP (Im Pulling My Hair Out)

I just found out that Im getting the following database error:

Im lost on this one and cannot find out why its happening.

Layout:

When members join they go into the Registered Users Group. When they make there first post they get moved to the New member group. The problem is with all the members in the registered users group that keeps getting this error, all other members already in the new members group and others work 100%.

Any ideas on what or where the problem is?

I dont know M8 cos I dont get it.

I only found out about it after checking my db email address.
