Auto posting to third party

[shalter3]

I am trying to use an input box to save a cookie with the clients zip code and have the zip code auto post to a third party weather site to retrieve the local weather when users return to the site after the cookie is set on their initial visit. I would appriciate any advice.
Thank you,
Steve
