I need a Hack which allow specific Groups to use html.

Enabled everywhere, or just for post text?

There are a few places that an Admin can specify that HTML is allowed?

The categories are:
(1) posts, polls, signatures, titles, etc. (any foum/post input)
(2) calendars
(3) private messages
(4) usernotes.
