find in navbar template:

Code:

<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="online.php?$session[sessionurl]">$vbphrase[whos_online]</a></td></tr></if>

Add below

Code:

<tr><td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="linktoyourfile.php?$session[sessionurl]">Your Description</a></td></tr>

And that should do the clou.
Don't forget to change linktoyourfile.php & Your Description.
