Is the Links and Files Database a type of download system?

wtf... im just asking if it is some type of download system... im not asking why i cant d/l it... also I just purchased the license... so... ya

My apologies, but anyone showing up as unlicensed here needs to go to that page before we can offer them any kind of support so I posted it as a reminder. As far as that modification goes yes it can work as a download system
