VB Codes in Moderator Emails
My board sends a copy of every post to the moderators. Under vb2, it would show the vb codes in the message and sig. Under vb3, all of the vb codes are stripped out.
This means that when someone uses quotes, you can't tell where the quote begins and where it ends. It just looks like one big blob of text. Here is an example. This is what the notification looks like under vb3: Code:
I just heard a blurb on the news on the radio, so please tell me I heard it wrong. Did Sandy Berger (spelling?) really say he made an "honest mistake" when he stuffed papers in his suit jacket, pants and socks? Tell me he was referring to something else. Maybe he meant to stuff them in his briefcase http://www.addis-welt.de/smilie/smilie/verwirrt/nixweiss.gif Code:

My phrase currently says:
Code:
USER: $bbuserinfo[username] FORUM: $foruminfo[title] BBS: $vboptions[bbtitle] THREAD: $threadinfo[title] Thread: $vboptions[bburl]/showthread.php?threadid=$threadinfo[threadid] ------------------------------- $post[title] $post[message] ___________________ $bbuserinfo[signature] |
