Tutorials on the portal??
On the portal we have all the little box's for recent hack releases and most popular hacks etc. How about a section for the How To's and Tips?
Maybe it could be based on amount of replys it has or something?? |

Good idea but we don't have many people posting hints and tips - also people regularly post there accidentally and one day an incorrect thread may make it into the cache and be stuck there for a day

True but then again, we get accidental threads made in the releases forum all the time too

iirc the cache is updated every hour ^^
Hmm, based on the replies, that may work, something to think about. |

Would be a great place to potentially find small add-on code bits..

This seems like a great idea - maybe an application of the Article hack would be useful here - to keep it separate from the way the forum posts/threads are treated, and would also permit Moderation of the articles - tips - tricks - howtos etc before they get published, to prevent the accidental publishing of something awful
Good suggestion |
