Use bbcode button open pop-up window with input box ?

Oki what's I like to do it's put a button on WYSIWYG interface (thats done already), when membre click on this button a pop-up window open with a php page load with a couple of input box to answer and when you click on GENERATE at the bottom of the pop-up window all answers insert in the post (message area) !

But I don't know how to make that.

Already done:

- Button on interface WYSIWYG, but I don't know the code replacement I have to put.

- The php page with all input box it's done, load with the header & footer style and everything.

What I'm searching:

- How to translate the text in input box of this php page on post

- How open the pop-up window with this php page on it

Thanks for your help, because I'm searching and searching but I'm not find the solution !

I start coding php/mysql and start to coding for vbulletin too !
