I run a gaming clansite and the tag that all "members" of the clan have at the beginning of their username is [TLB].

Current memberlist shows ALL users who have accounts on the website.

If I go to Search Members in the memberlist, and type [TLB] and hit go, it shows me all of the members of the clan.

I'd like to be able to pull up that list via a direct link.

How can that be done?

If that is too difficult to do, is there a way to have the default memberlist sorted to show usernames with [TLB] at the beginning, with an "All user accounts" link to see the rest?
