last user on my home page

I wanna add a box on the HOME PAGE that says the last user of my forum.
What is the code I have to use for it?

What do you mean? Do you want the last user to have viewed any page on your forum? Or the last user to have viewed a specific page on your forum?

no I want the last member to be added on a non vb-page
