Alright...

I have a support forum, and I could use this hack. I want to have a forum where members can post a question that they might not be comfortable with posting it with the real user name. So when creating a thread, you cna have the option for your user name to be Unknown, and the only people who can see who it really is, are the admins or mods.

But I would only want this option in one forum and not all the forums, could anyone do this?

Not the same as what you are looking for but you could make a fourm open to public posts and have users log out to post in them. I realize it is not exactly what you need but it's a idea. . .

i had done that, but really it's a hassel to do so if anyone could assist me, i'd appericate it
