Latest 10 active threads script

Hi all, I have seen lots of the active threads script however I was wondering how I would go about (Or if anyone knows of one) doing it so that I can put the script anywhere, by this I mean, I have a url: www.domain.com/articles which I want to show the latest active 10 threads in the forum located in: www.domain.com/forum

How do I go about doing this, with:

Thread title
Threadposter
Last poster
Views
Replies

And the thread title being clicked takes to the thread?

Stats as in:

Total threads
Total posts
Total members

Again it would be on www.domain.com/articles

while needing it for the forum in www.domain.com/forum
