Unless it was ported to vB3 i HIGHLY HIGLY doubt it would work, vBulletin stores passwords in an entirly differnt mehtod than vB2 did.

What real reason do you need to know what your users passwords are? if your having problems with members its time to ban them by ip or use tatachy
