I like it , especially the header. Though, it maybe cooler if you integrate the header colours in the forum design (instead of that grey).

Anyways, good work.

Lesane made a good point. Your header is colorful, while your actual forum colors are just grey and white. The red-orangey color you used for the web resource image would work well as possibly a category image/background.
