Hey does anyone know how to do this or could anyone do this?

Pretty much, this is just putting the usergroup name of the member in his/her postbit.

You can hard code it with conditions

<if condition="$post[usergroupid] == x"> Im inGroup X </if>

$post[displayusertitle] will contain the User Title specified in the usergroup manager for the users choosen display usergroup (in the majority of cases probably there primary group).
