Hiding postcounts, and UserID's.
Just wondering how I could Hide both the Postcounts in Postbit, and Userids (Forum wide), and only allow Mods and Admins to view it.
I got a basic idea on how it should look like using conditionals, but not exactly sure how to impliment it, IE which templates, and File hacks if any. I'm willing to learn, but my coding skills are really nill ( i Kinda know somethings, but not much). So you kinda get the point. Thanks for any help. |

hmm, it will require a lot of template modifications to get rid of the userid's, because every reference is done via them.
you can avoid some (for example the getinfo also works with a username) but for example to search for all posts of a specific user, you have to hack a lot of files, in deep, so i suggest not to do so. as for postcounts, that's jsut an easy conditional template edit, you may find out more on vbtemplates.com |
