...a hit tracking script that I can install on my own website?

I currently use extremetracking.com, but their site goes down often, so I want something installed on my site, so I get the maximum stats possible

The script has to be able to track unique hits, total hits, last 20 hits (where they came from), search engines, etc.

And I want it to integrate into vB3

Among other things.

I've been searching but can't find anything decent.

vB integration makes it hard, but your host should've pre-installed something along the lines.
