Automatic Redirect when thread is closed

I have a forum set up called "The Dumping Grounds" and whenever a thread is closed in one of my other forums I usually have to manually move the thread to "The Dumping Grounds"

How could I set it up so that when a thread is closed it's automatically sent to the dumping grounds? Can anyone make this hack?

sounds alright to me i wonder if the same could be done for deleted threads
for example a recycle bin

it would make sense especially considering how loads of posts get left behind because i set my forums so my moderators / users can't hard delete
