Need help with a small registration hack.

I would like to verify ages when registering. How can I change the COPPA to verify if users are over the age of 18 instead of 13?

Change the setting for it in the ACP. I'm pretty sure it is changeable there or in a phrase/template.

It is hard coded in 13, find it in two places in register.php and change to the needed age then as stated above change the phrase/template. So they know the age limit.
