Default end user file management
Ok i did a rough search out there, so sorry if this is repost.

Is there anytype of END-USER file management type of hack, i have a public ftp, which stores misc. car videos, however, i have issues with people cross-posting and stealing my bandwidth. which i guess i can't complain really since i have it... but what i would like is something integrated into vb so users have to be registered to view the files.
