Google spider information please

On the whole I'm very happy with the move from PhpBB to vB, I have a question about Google though, I used to get spidered at least twice a week before the change, now I have only been spidered twice I think, if you stick this into Google you will see my past and present spiders: - site:www.chetnet.co.uk -gfdsgfdsgfdsg
What has happened and how can I resolve it, my site is at www.chetnet.co.uk/portal

Also on another note, my forums are for NTL cable modem support, we have over 2000 users but they only come when they have a fault, I would like users to come back more often and not just when they have a fault, I have installed the arcades which has gone down a storm but I think it lack something else, if you do visit my site could you give me feedback on it what else I can do to attract more users
