How to place Google AdSense ads just above "Quick Reply" box.

Well I was just approved for Google AdSense. Now maybe I can help stop the bleeding of this now very expensive hobby.

I'd like to place the ads right above the "Quick Reply" box. Is this possible and is there a "right" or "wrong" way to do this?
