Is there an IP ban hack out? Specifically, I'm looking for something that does the following:

I enter in someones IP. When they go to my site, they automatically get a log in screen or some other screen and can't see ANYTHING on my site. They just get the log in screen.

I know there is an IP/User ban that won't let them post or register, but I would like one that doesn't allow them to view anything.

It gives them a (not so friendly) message and redirects them... a couple minor adjustments and they wouldnt even see that.
