Making new styles selectible

I made a new style off the default style and I clicked in the admincp to allow members to choose their style and I went into the CP and looked around and could not find where to change the style I view. How do I do this? Thank you.

In vBulletin 2.3.x, you can do this at User CP -> Edit Options [Style]. Hope this helps!
