I had problems with cyrillic in the forum names and descriptions, because it was converting the cyrillic in "#3-digit_number"

but i fixed it by increasing the char limit of the descriptions and the names.

but now i have the same problem for the mails on reply, it shows the cyrillic the same way. If the mail was html it will be converted automatically and displayed properly.

So i need to know how to make, vbulletin to send only html mails.
Or if you have another solution i'll be glad to hear.
