Just a question...
Why are here no templates?
I mean, I think this is the biggest vBulletin site, but it doesnt have templates.

Because vBulletin.org is for code hacks and vBulletinTemplates.com is for template modifications which is why the Template and Style forums were removed after vB3 RC was released.
