links capture and statistic

Hallo, may be that hack was already made `couse my friend see it on one forum so idia is easy:

- hack capture all links what was put in any post
- hack change links in post to: http://mydomen.com/vb/links.php?linkid=123456789
- hack track all links visits
- users can see statistic:
-- how many clicks on link
-- who visit that link and how many times
-- in what post that link
-- and etc.
