403 Area Forbidden

When I try and view threads, or download hacks I keep getting this. do you think it's spyware or what?

Do you get it with each and every attempt, or infrequently?

infrequently, this is the first time I got it. I had to close all my browsers to fix it.

I had multiple windows open so that must have been the problem lol, or my T2 could have done it since the pages load pretty fast.
