I'm Licenced and it still doesn't work

I bought it this weekend I know its working because someone on one of my three e-mail choices account is now licenced under mine but mine isn't. I've checked the e-mail several times and its the same, and have switched e-mails for it to work and it still doesn't. Can I plz have someone label me licenced if I have give the number but plz somone HELP!

Try entering your address in all three boxes and make sure its in the correct case as its case sensitive.

I had that problem once on one fo the forums, not this one, try re-verifying your account then entering your email on the members page, seemed to work for me. Just an idea
