Memebers Create Quiz

I think a cool hack and not sure if they have one but a hack so members in there control panel can create there own quiz and then other members can take the quize...

now in the user profile it will have a link to any quize they have made, and one quiz.php you can view all the quizes either by ABC order or most taken quiz..

I think this would be a great hack if one could create it vb3
