hey since im younger than 18 and cannot have a credit card or checking account is there a way i can still obtain a forum?

You can send a money order. That's what I did. It takes a lot longer, though, so your best bet is to "borrow" your parent's credit card or something.

When ordering, you have the option for money order. Select that and when you submit your info, it gives you all the applicable details.

I believe this adds $3 to the price for processing, though, so don't run out and buy a money order yet!

knodoubtg- you can get a checking account at 16.

In the US, I believe it is still 18 unless it varies by state law.

At last check, Jelsoft also accepts PayPal.

It's not state law, it's the banks policies. They decide which age, and for most banks in my state it's 16
