We do not have control over license purchases here, only at vB.com.

I'm not sure which ticket this is, but if I said it could only be fixed by our Business Manager then that's what will need to happen. Unfortunately he is extremely busy and does not respond as quickly as I or you would like. However he's the boss and I really can't force him to do anything. Sorry.
