I have never even been to fark or somethingawful :-/. I just decided this would be a good feature last night while i was making my thread description hack.

Before image not needed you should know what a thread listing on forumdisplay.php looks like.

The after is attached. You can select from a big list of different post types so its not only just informative.

Nice ExtremeTim. I've added a font color for the threadbit because otherwise it looks if the thread type is part of the subject.

Why not add an admincp section to add different threadtypes? Easy enough to do and can be ordered nicely via a displayorder field

I didn't have time to make any method for the acp. Like i said I just sat down last night and was working on the changes for teh thread description hack and decided this would be a good idea. So I made this one at the same time.
