I have a large .sql file that is needed to install phpnuke. On a shared hosting so dont have access to phpmyadmin or command line. Is it possible? and if so, whats the command

If its a large file its likely to timeout when trying to upload and run the queries.

What control panel do you use?

Just install phpMyAdmin youself.
